This yogurt bowl is an easy and quick way to get in a protein packed meal with added probiotics, fiber and polyphenols! 

 

You’ll need:

  • 1 large banana (frozen)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 2/3 cup Low-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
  • ¼ cup milk of choice 

 

Preparation:

  • Add all ingredients to blender or food processor. 
  • Blend until smooth. 
  • Top with extra fruit, coconut flakes, nuts, or toppings of choice.

Serving Size – one smoothie bowl
