
This yogurt bowl is an easy and quick way to get in a protein packed meal with added probiotics, fiber and polyphenols!
You’ll need:
- 1 large banana (frozen)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ tbsp honey
- 2/3 cup Low-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
- ¼ cup milk of choice
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients to blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Top with extra fruit, coconut flakes, nuts, or toppings of choice.
Serving Size – one smoothie bowl
