Yogurt bark is the perfect after school/work snack you’ve been looking for! Your kids (and you) can thank us later. 😜 When finding a yogurt for this recipe, search for a plain, nonfat yogurt, and use the vanilla, honey & berries to sweeten it. Greek yogurt is a great choice, as it is typically higher in protein. Just make sure to check the label and watch out for any added sugars!

You will need:
2 cups of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp honey
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
Blueberries and strawberries

Combine yogurt, honey and vanilla in a bowl and mix well. Line an 8×8 dish with wax paper and spoon out yogurt mixture. Press fruit into mixture and freeze for 2-3 hours to harden before cutting. Cut into 9 squares and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
