Decadent enough to be a dessert and healthy enough to be a breakfast! Chia seeds gel in the almond milk when left in the fridge, creating a pudding. Add pumpkin to make it festive for the season!

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Refrigerate overnight
