You will need:
2 large bananas
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 Tbsp olive oil
¾ cup almond milk

Mash bananas in a bowl
Stir in buckwheat flour 
Stir in olive oil and almond milk until mixed well
Scoop out ¼ cup mix per pancake and cook until browned on each side

Makes 6 pancakes
