Having a fun post workout smoothie bowl is the perfect way to have something to look forward to after finishing a hard workout! After a workout it is best to aim to get in a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein for proper recovery! This smoothie is a great example of that, with roughly 22 g of protein and roughly 45 grams of carbs! – ½ banana 

– ¾ cup frozen tropical fruit mix

– 1 Tbsp peanut butter

– 1 scoop protein powder

– 4 oz orange juice
