Another colorful and nutritious bowl that is so easy to prep! This could be enjoyed warm or it could be served over a bed of greens and turned it into a salad!

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Toss diced sweet potatoes in olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast for 15 minutes
3. Remove pan from oven, add 4 oz Wild caught Alaskan salmon and return to oven for 15 minutes
4. While the salmon is cooking add asparagus and ¼ cup water to a pan with the lid on medium heat and steam for about 5-7 minutes
5. Put it all into a bowl and add ¼ avocado
