Quick backup plan meal. We all have those nights when we get home late and don’t feel like cooking dinner. Or maybe it’s a weekend and you just don’t have the time to make a full meal. This is why it is so important to have a back up plan! Always aim to have a few convenience items in the house that you can throw together quickly if needed. Here we have frozen steamable veggies (a staple!), a frozen chicken patty and 1 cup of the seeds of change microwaveable rice and quinoa packs. All of this took less than 15 minutes to throw together and was so easy and tasty!
