It’s pumpkin season, so of course we had to make pumpkin spice overnight oats! If you are looking for a way to spice up your oats, this is it (literally 👻🎃)
Add to mason jar or container:
– ½ cup oats
– ½ cup pumpkin puree
– 1 Tbsp chia seeds
– 1 Tbsp chopped pecans
– 1 tsp pumpkin spice
– 1 cup milk
– shake to mix, put in the fridge overnight, when the morning comes the only thing left to do is enjoy!
Exchanges: 2 starch, 1 fruit, 1 fat, 1 dairy
