One of the best snacks you can have is one that you have made yourself from whole foods! Especially when you have the power to make pumpkin one of the main ingredients! Try this quick recipe for pumpkin power bites, but be warned you might want to double the batch because they are just that good!!

You will need:

– 1 cup oats

– ¼ cup peanut butter

– ⅓ cup pumpkin puree

– 2 Tbsp honey

– 1 tsp vanilla

– 1 tsp cinnamon

– ¼ tsp nutmeg

– ¼ cup chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes

2. Split into 12 balls and keep in the fridge for 2 weeks or the freezer for up to 2 months 

Makes 12 servings
