We are obsessed with this pear and feta salad. It is so easy and simple.

½ onion

½ pear

1 carrot

2 cups bibb lettuce

1 ounce feta cheese

Pam spray

Roast the onion, pear, and carrot at 400F until golden brown. Flip half way (~20 minutes). Plate on top of bibb lettuce and top with feta cheese
