Early spring is marked by the flip-flopping of warm and cold weather. This versatile tea can be iced or served hot.
Orange Infused Iced Tea
Black tea, dried orange slice(s), and ice.
Cinnamon-Orange Infused Hot Tea
Black tea, dried orange slice, and a cinnamon stick
To dry the orange, slice thinly. Using a mandolin is best to create an even thickness. The orange can be placed in a food dehydrator, or preheat the oven to low. You will want to have a baking sheet underneath of a rack. This allows air flow underneath of the orange slices while the baking sheet catches any residual liquid that may fall during the process.
Exchanges: This is a “free” food! Try it hot too!
