  • 2 cups Ready-To-Eat 50/50 spring mix/spinach blend
  • 1 ounce extra sharp white cheddar cheese (or 1 String Cheese)
  • 1 easy-peel mandarin orange (or other fruit)
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper to taste
