What’s inside:

1 Red Pepper Hummus Protein Wrap by L’Oven Fresh (From Aldi)

2 hard boiled eggs

1 slice Provolone cheese (2 ounces)

1 cup 50/50 Blend of spinach and spring mix

Free foods: mustard, salt, pepper, or 2 tbsp fat-free salad dressing

Customize it!

  • Instead of eggs, use 2 ounces of lean turkey, tuna, or chicken to –2 fat
  • Add ½ cup sauteed red pepper and mushrooms for +1 vegetable
  • Add ½ cup mandarin orange slices for +1 fruit
