2 ¼ cup rolled oats
1 cup quinoa (uncooked)
½ cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
⅔ cup honey
1 tsp almond extract
2 tbsp ground flax seeds
2 tbsp peanut powder
1 cup dried cranberries
Directions:
Preheat oven to 225F. Mix all ingredients except for the cranberries in a bowl. Spread onto a lined baking sheet. Bake for 60 mins. Stir in dried cranberries.
