We are in love with this simple Mixed Berry Smoothie! It is important to try to keep as much of a routine as you can during this time. If you typically plan your meals out for the week, treat these weeks the same. If you are new to planning your meals out, try it out this week! It will help minimize cost and frequent visits to the grocery store. Take stock of what you have in the fridge and the pantry. Try to use up the ingredients you have. Plan your meals and snacks out, then make a grocery list based on your plan. Try incorporating this mixed berry smoothie into your weekly plan! You will need:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 banana
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 cup kefir
- 1 serving vanilla protein or collagen peptides
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
1. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until combined.
