Have you had your servings of fatty fish this week?? If not, it’s a good time to add this marinated tuna steak to your grocery list! Fatty fish like tuna, salmon, mackerel, herring and sardines are a great source of many nutrients, like high quality protein, iodine, various vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin D and omega 3s! Including fish in your diet may lower your risk of heart attack and stroke, boost brain health and it is delicious and easy to prepare!

You will need:

– ¼ cup orange juice

– ¼ cup coconut aminos

– 2 Tbsp olive oil

– ½ tsp oregano

– 2 Tbsp parsley

– 1 Tbsp minced garlic

– ½ tsp black pepper

– 4 four ounce tuna steaks


1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes 

2. Grill tuna steaks for 5 minutes on each side and serve!
