One of our favorite midday snacks is a loaded greek yogurt bowl!! You can’t go wrong with the yogurt giving you lots of protein, probiotics, B12, potassium, and calcium. To make it even better, add some berries on top which are loaded with antioxidants, fiber, vitamin C and manganese.

A simple ¾ cup serving of plain nonfat greek yogurt paired with 1 cup of berries equals ~ 2 protein, .5 starch, 1 fruit
