Can you see the layers? These cute lasagna stuffed peppers are adorable with no leftovers! Double, triple, or quadruple to feed a family.

1 bell peppers

3 tablespoons ricotta cheese

1 lasagna noodle- cooked and cut into squares, or use 1 no-boil noodle

4 tablespoons crushed tomatoes

3 ounces ground beef

Brown the beef in a skillet. Meanwhile, microwave bell pepper for 2 minutes. Layer the cheese, crushed tomatoes, beef, and noodles one tablespoon at a time. Once filled, bake at 350F for 12 minutes.
