What you need:
– 2 whole spaghetti squash, halved and cooked
– 1 lb ground turkey
– 1 15 oz can Black beans
– 4 oz shredded cheese
– 1 whole avocado split into fourths
– 2 Tomatoes, diced
– 1 packet low or no sodium taco seasoning

1. Brown ground turkey, add taco seasoning and black beans and mix
2. Add 1/4 mixture to each spaghetti squash boat (should have 4 total)
3. Top each boat with 1/4 avocado, 1/2 tomato and 1 oz cheese
