This Healthy Marinated Pork Tenderloin is so beyond good! Marinades are a great way to make your food more flavorful and unique! They are easy to make and you can probably make one with what you have on hand in your kitchen right now! The majority of the oil/sauce will not be absorbed by the meat while marinating, so this is a lower calorie option than using a sauce! One thing to be careful about with marinades is the amount of sodium or salt, as the meat will soak up a good bit of the sodium in sauce. To safely marinate a food make sure you put it in the refrigerator in a closed container, and do not put the raw marinade on food after cooking it. Here’s a recipe for a marinated pork tenderloin! Pair with brussel sprouts and unsweetened apple sauce for a well balanced, colorful meal!
