Healthy Homemade Pizza

Do you guys remember lunchables?? Putting this meal together always feels like a grown up version of a lunchable! This homemade pizza is a great way to get the whole family involved in preparing/cooking dinner. Simply get everyone’s crusts ready, place the different veggies into bowls and have everyone choose what and how much they want to put on their pizza! It’s easy as pie 😜

You will need:
-1/3 Trader Joe’s pizza crust

  • 1/4 cup fat free ricotta
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, red onions, mushrooms)
  • red pepper flakes to taste

1.Preheat oven to 350

  1. Split crust into thirds and cover with ricotta and top with your choice of veggies
  2. Cook at 350 for 10 minutes and enjoy!

Exchanges: 2 starch, 1 meat, 1 veg
