Temperatures are finally dropping, but you and the kids are still working up a sweat with after-school sports. Try this healthy frozen yogurt next time your ice cream craving kicks in!

1 cup frozen fruit

2 tbsp honey

½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

Blend all ingredients. Serve either immediately, or transfer to a container and store it in the freezer until ready to use.
