Move over taco Tuesday, we’re starting a new trend.. Fajita friday! This super easy dish is a perfect one to make if you’re having friends or family over for dinner this weekend. You will just need to cut the chicken breast, season with a low sodium taco seasoning and cook until done. Chop up some peppers and onions and saute until crisp, and then put it all together!

You will need:

– 2 corn tortillas

– 4 oz chicken breast

– ½ cup peppers and onions 

– 2 Tbsp avocado

Multiply the recipe by however many people you are serving and you’re good to go!
