Impress your family with this decadent chocolate mousse that is vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free.
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp honey
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ c mixed frozen berries
- Remove seed from avocado and scoop out flesh into a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients except for the frozen mixed berries.
- Process the ingredients, occasionally stopping to scrape the sides of the food processor until all of the avocado is incorporated and smooth
- Layer the mousse with frozen mixed berries. Cover and refrigerate until firm or overnight.
