Impress your family with this decadent chocolate mousse that is vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free. 

  • 1 ripe Avocado
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ c mixed frozen berries


  1. Remove seed from avocado and scoop out flesh into a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients except for the frozen mixed berries.
  2. Process the ingredients, occasionally stopping to scrape the sides of the food processor until all of the avocado is incorporated and smooth
  3. Layer the mousse with frozen mixed berries. Cover and refrigerate until firm or overnight.
