You will need:

–  2 slices whole wheat bread

– 2 Tbsp feta cheese

– 2 eggs

– ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1. Toast bread in toaster

2. While bread is toasting, place eggs and feta cheese in pan and scramble

3. Top bread with eggs and sliced tomatoes
