You will need:

– 1 lb ground turkey

– 1 head red cabbage, chopped

– 2 Tbsp coconut aminos

– 1 Tbsp ginger

– 3 cloves garlic

– 2 cups shredded carrots


1. Cook ground turkey in a large pan on medium high heat until browned. 

2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and cook until soft and combined
