Try this easy chicken sausage mash up for meal prep this week to switch up your routine! 

– 8 links chicken sausage, chopped

– 1 cup zucchini, diced

– 1 cup squash, diced

– 2 ⅔ cup cooked rice

– 1 Tbsp old bay seasoning

1. Preheat oven to 375

2. Place chicken sausage, zucchini and squash on a baking sheet and season with the old bay.

3. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes

4. Remove and split into 4 servings

5. Pair with rice and enjoy!
