Who said healthy food can’t be fun? Not us! This buffalo chicken mac n cheese is a great balance of protein, carbs, fat AND flavor!

– To cook chicken: For the best flavor, add 12 oz raw chicken and 1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot original sauce to a crockpot and let cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. You could also boil and shred the chicken, then mix in the hot sauce
– Prepare one box of Annie’s organic shells and white cheddar mac n cheese according to package instructions
– Steam one bag steam-able broccoli according to package instructions
– Split mac n cheese, chicken, and broccoli into 3 containers and enjoy!
