This creamy peach smoothie is the perfect thing to cool you off on a hot summer day. Peaches are a great way to add nutrients, antioxidants and flavor to your smoothies! You can buy peaches frozen, or fresh and freeze them yourself!

You will need:

– 1 banana

– 1 cup frozen peaches

– 1 cup greek yogurt

– 1 Tbsp peanut butter

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
