We were hesitant at first to combine chocolate protein powder and fruit but boy are we glad we did!! This smoothie will be on repeat for days over here! To make your morning a little easier, try making this smoothie the night before and putting it in a mason jar or other sealed container and then just grab it and go in the morning!

You will need:

– 1 cup frozen fruit blend

– 1 Tbsp peanut butter

– ½ cup skim milk

– 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

– ½ cup blueberries

– 1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except for blueberries and shredded coconut into a blender and blend. Pour into a bowl and top with blueberries and coconut!

Exchanges: 2 fruit, 2.5 fat, 3.5 protein
