It is starting to warm up outside so you know what that means! It’s smoothie season! One of our favorite smoothie combos is this chocolate banana smoothie. This is a great smoothie to incorporate for breakfast or after a workout! 

You will need:

– 1 cup kefir

– 1 small banana

– 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

– ¼ cup oats

– 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

– 1 handful ice

1. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until combined. 

2. Enjoy!
