Let’s talk about salmon!

🐠 Salmon is rich in omega 3 fatty acids, protein, B vitamins, potassium, selenium, and the antioxidant astaxanthin.

🐠 According to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, eating patterns that include seafood are associated with reduced risk of Cardiovascular disease and obesity.

🐠 Salmon also may benefit weight control, help fight inflammation, and protect brain health.

🐠 Consuming salmon at least 2 times per week can help meet nutritional needs and provide additional health benefits. Here is an easy 30 min salmon recipe you can make tonight!

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Season 1 1/2 cups butternut squash with cinnamon on a sheet pan & cook for 15 minutes 
3. Remove pan from oven, add 4 oz Wild caught Alaskan salmon seasoned with TJ’s chili lime seasoning and return to oven for another 15 minutes 
4. Pair with 2 cups TJ’s cruciferous crunch mix & 1 Tbsp goddess dressing
