Who’s ready for a stir fry night?? This healthy alternative to getting take out will make you want to stay in and make dinner more often!

You will need:
– 4 oz trader joe’s just chicken or other previously cooked chicken
– 1 cup steamed edamame
– 1 cup rice, cooked
– 2 eggs

Sauté cooked rice with 1 tsp butter. While rice is cooking, crack the eggs into the pan and scramble into rice. Once eggs are cooked add all other ingredients and pour on low sodium soy sauce. Mix well and serve.
