Let’s be real, we all snack and snacking isn’t a bag thing, it can actually be really beneficial! Healthy snacking is a great pick me up, gives you an opportunity to eat important food groups and keeps you from overeating at your next meal! Prep these blueberry oatmeal power balls for a tasty, healthy snack this week!

You will need:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1⁄4 cup peanut butter
  • 1⁄4 cup honey
  • 1⁄2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
  1. In a medium sized bowl, add all the ingredients together and combine well
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes
  3. Using a spoon, scoop out some mixture and roll into 16 balls
  4. Store them in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container
  5. Enjoy 4 balls per serving
