If you find it hard to make time for breakfast in the morning, try prepping a smoothie the night before! When the morning comes, you can just grab it and go! Smoothies are a great way to sneak in nutritious foods you may not typically have, like kefir! Kefir is high in probiotics and it is a little thicker than milk, so it is the perfect creamy consistency for smoothies!

To make this smoothie blend:
– 1 banana
– ¾ cup frozen blueberries
– ¾ cup kefir
– 1 cup spinach
– 2 Tbsp flaxseed

And top with ¼ cup granola

Exchanges: 2 fruit, 1 veg, 1 dairy, 1 starch, 1 fat
