Comfort breakfast on a cold day! Most of the protein comes from the beans; a bit of sausage is used for flavor. 

3 ounce sausage

½ onion

1 can navy beans

Black pepper

Cook 3 ounces of sausage and ½ onion. Cook until the onions are caramelized and translucent. Drain the fat. Add 1 can of navy beans. Cook until the entire dish is heated. Top with fresh ground black pepper.
