Summer may be coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean we have to stop making smoothies! This dreamy smoothie will taste great regardless of what the weather looks like outside! 

To make, blend together:
– 1 small frozen banana
– 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
– 1 cup spinach
– 2 Tbsp avocado
– 1 serving vanilla protein powder
– 1 cup nonfat or lowfat yogurt

Drizzled with peanut butter, and topped with granola

Exchanges: 1 starch, 1 fruit, 1 veg, 1 fat, 3 meat, 1 dairy
(if you add PB and granola, add 1 starch & 1 fat)
